Fans I'm a fan

Four Corners Creamery opened in 2006 by John Aylward, cheese maker, and is located within The Boulevard Market. Four Corners Creamery creates farm specific, artisan cheeses using local goat and cow milk, hand delivered directly from the farms to the creamery. John handcrafts each cheese using traditional french methods. Four Corners creates several different types of cheeses and produces about 200 pounds each week. Each farm that supplies milk to us is family owned and operated as well as committed to sustainable agriculture. Each batch of cheese is farm specific, meaning one batch of milk is only from one specific farm, milks are not mixed. Our fresh cheeses are pastuerized carefully to retain essential proteins and optimum flavors. Our cheesemaking techniques are based on french traditional cheesemaking and each is hand ladeled and formed. Each cheese is carefully aged and shipped to arrive to you at its peak in flavor and ripeness. The goat milk comes from Onadaga, Mich., near Jackson, which is family-owned and operated. It is the nearest grade A certified goat dairy. The same goes for the cows' milk, which comes from Korte Farms in Clinton, Mich., also family-owned and operated.
