Paul Kessenich was inspired to start Darcy’s Cart by the incredible local food community in Ann Arbor. He will offer a seasonal weekly menu organized around local ingredients, making it both affordable and accessible to eat locally. A mainstay is the breakfast burrito, with seasonal ingredients and local free-range eggs. Other dishes include hand-massaged kale salad, short rib kimchi tacos, and flourless chocolate cake.
