Spring, Summer and Fall are VERY exciting times in Maryland - our growing season is somewhat limited but this is when it starts to roll in. Pickling, canning and freezing helps us make the most of what we get. We have been open since 2008 and have increased the amount of local farms we source from drastically. Buying and visiting local farms and developing relationships with the people that grow our food is exciting, creative and, most of all, fun! Our talks with them allow us to change our dinner menus daily so we can offer the freshest ingredients at the height of it's season. That goes for food, cocktails & desserts.
