The Royal Park Hotel added Grass fed beef / pan seared filet topped with caramelized radicchio and roasted cippolini onion, cherry wine demi glaze. Entree served with a roasted assortment of heirloom potatoes and medley of the weeks farm-fresh vegetables. to its menu featuring ingredients from Cinzori Family Farms, Garden Works, Tantre Farm, C. Roy Inc. and Black Star Farms
