The Royal Park Hotel added Free range chicken breast stuffed with chard, kale and collard greens, sauteed onions and Caciocavallo cheese served over roasted fall vegetable medley and onion apple demi glace to its menu featuring ingredients from Miller Amish Poultry, S. Serra Cheese Company, Garden Works, Goetz Farm, Raub-Rae Farms, Sunseed Farm and Tantre Farm

The Royal Park Hotel added 2 new menu items including Sauteed local Okemos shrimp (six) with late harvest tomato jam served over roasted delicato squash with green pea tendrils, lemon oil & tomatillo butter sauce. featuring ingredients from Capella Farm, Raub-Rae Farms, Sunseed Farm, Shrimp Farm Market and Garden Works

We have been certified organic since 1991. This year we received a Centennial Farm designation from the Michigan Historical Society. Raub-Rae Farm has been owned and operated by the same family for over one hundred years. We raise beef cattle and chickens and sell eggs and certified organic chicken feed milled on the premises. We also grow a wide variety of vegetables.
